About Novotny Catering
Novotny
Catering was founded in 1956 as a small food service business specializing in off-premise
catering. W.J. Novotny began Novotny Catering as a part-time
business, but within several years it grew to the point where
catering became his full-time occupation. Over the past 45
years, Novotny Catering has been recognized as a premier caterer in
Lorain County and western Cuyahoga County.
In
1993, the operations moved into a 6000 square foot building located
at 143 Lear Road, which is fully licensed and inspected.
Today,
Novotny Catering, Inc. remains a family - run Corporation.
Their business is off-premises catering. This service is provided for a variety of parties
and social functions, ranging from weddings to funerals, inaugural
balls to bowling banquets, picnics to New Year's Eve parties, and so
on.

WHY ARE WE
DIFFERENT?
"We
were so pleased to have you in our home, making this the most
pleasant way we have ever entertained. We
have received so many compliments on the food - a far cry from the
usual holiday banquet fare. Thank you so much for making our
office party an evening for all to remember warmly"
